Svoboda, Gruner Sylvaner
A refined expression of the Sylvaner grape, Svoboda Sylvaner offers a crisp and elegant profile that reflects the character of South Moravia’s terroir. Delicate floral aromas are balanced with notes of green apple, pear, and a touch of citrus zest.
On the palate, it is fresh and medium-bodied, with a clean minerality and well-integrated acidity that makes it highly food-friendly. The finish is smooth and subtly herbaceous, inviting another sip.
Serving suggestion: Enjoy chilled on its own or paired with light dishes such as grilled fish, goat cheese, spring salads, or poultry.
