Delivery & Cancellation Policy

Delivery

Deliveries from our wine list and private reserves are charged as follows:

• Free of charge on orders where the value of wine is over £100.
• Order under £100 apply £10 for delivery (couriers vary depending on client’s location)
• Free delivery BA1 & BA2 postcode with order over £50
• £12.50 (ex VAT) for transfers between LCB accounts

Delivery time varies from 2-5 working days.

Please, contact us directly if you would like to place an order outside of the UK mainland.

Cancellations 

You may cancel your order at any time until seven working days after the day the goods are delivered. Cancellations should be made in writing or by email at info@bohemiawine.com. Where goods have already been delivered there may be a charge to cover the collection. Wines must be returned unopened and in their original condition. It is your responsibility to keep the wines safe until collection is made.

Where a payment does not meet our required security checks, we reserve the right to cancel and credit in full.

Event Refunds and Cancellations

In the event of customer cancellation, full refunds will only be given if we are notified at least 7 days before the date of the event. Refunds will only be given after this time if we can re-sell your tickets.

If a tasting is cancelled, Wines of Bohemia shall offer customers a full refund.
